I was searching on illustrations to correctly measure and I found this site. Is this the right way to do it?

My initial measurements were from the side as I was taught by Penis Health. However, after being on this forum basically from what I've gathered it's a universal practice to measure from the top and not the side.
The difference between the two is about 1/4 of inch with the side measurement being longer.
Since learning this I measure both the side and the top because I started on the side so I'll want to know how much I've gained and I measure from the top so that it will be in line with how most everyone else here measures.
Whatever you decide be sure to be consistent so that you will have an accurate record for your benefit.

That sure looks correct to me. Some people like the top better than the side, it's how some of the penis size studies were measured. I, for one, think the more important thought is that whatever way that you do it be consistent, so that you are measuring the same thing every time. Because of the curvature of the pubic bone the difference between top and side can be anywhere from 1/4 to 1/2+. On me, the difference is 1/4 on an inch. My plastic ruler has 1/4 of plastic before the measurements starts so I always do side=pressed and I know that my measurements are the same as top pressed. Whatever, just be consistent, that's the most important thing.
