Hello,

I have now used it for about 4-5 months and i am very glad i brought it, i didnt see gains right away i did need to contact support team and get support and advice on my routine from them but they did help.

I then started using the device following there support and i started seeing gains, about 3 -4 months into using the device i had seen 0.5 inches and i am very happy with that :)

Just wanted to post my success so far to give people hope and faith that from my experiences the product does work and the support has really helped me to see these gains.

I suppose i also want to thank the members of the forum as without the advice i read in threads i wouldnt have been able to see the results i have so far....So Thank you :) My confidence is really improving because of you guys

Hey White Angel,
Sweet Gain! That was the same amount I had with the SG, but it seems you started out with a cruise missile to begin with! Keep it up and people will start calling you 'tripod!' Jokes aside, it really is a sweet device huh? Also, the support for it is definitely better than any other traction device. Keep it up man!

Congrats White Angel - thats great progress.
Thanks for giving us the incentive to continue. I started with SG about mid september. It was fine until recently when personal issues have caused my usage of to reduce drastically. When I was last using it it was set to 20cm. This is as much as the strings will compress.

My question is what do you use under the glands to make it as comfortable as possible ? and did/do you do any manual PE ?

Thanks for any tips...
JB

hey,

Well i was going to use the band things that the device comes with but i found them a bit to tight. So i started to use some gauze type material that they use for bandages that seems to work well for me.

I did also take the device off every 2 hours to help the blood flow cause it did sometimes get painful but that cleared after a few minutes off.

Im not going top lie though these gains where not instant it did take time and alot of work which i think people need to understand, at first i didnt see anything but i got the advice from this forum and the support team which helped
