Have about 3 1/2 months until my wife and I actually do something again because we are expecting our third child anyday and I have a vasectomy scheduled in mid august, we planned to not take a chance until that is snipped in the bud. I just got started a week ago and my routine is as follows which is 3 days on and 1 day off:
3 minutes warm up
10 minutes jelq
8 minutes jelq and hold
2 minutes jelq and hold with pc flex
3 minutes warm up
2 thirty minutes sessions of pc flex during the day
My primary focus is gaining girth as I'm only 4.25 in erect girth and my length will get me buy for now as it's 6.5 erect. I'm open for any suggestions as I want to give her a big surprize in 3 months, literally.
Just curious if anyone has tried the volume pills and what do they really do?

:) Hi kishy - Welcome to the Mens-Network Forum.
You've come to the right place my friend to ask your question, express your opinions and offer some good advice to your fellow members.
If you are going for girth, I suggest adding 'Horizontal Movements' to your workout routine 4-weeks into your workout.
Also, make sure you follow all instruction percisely as prescribed and view all video's to ensure proper format.
If this is your first time ever doing PE exercises, make sure you start your intensity level easy and gradually increase intensity throughout the first month. This will prevent you from causing any injuries to yourself and delaying your PE workouts.

1 hour of PC flexes a day seems like a little overkill you'll do just fine with just a half hour and I don't think you should do it EVERY day the PC muscle needs rest just like any other muscle.
1 month into your routine you may want to add 4x4's:
"Kegal as much blood into your penis as you can and trap it in with an ok grip.Then, using your free hand sqeeze your penis( in short-make an ok grip and sqeeze your penis) for about 4 seconds. Repeat this squeeze 3 more times and then let go of the ok grip and kegal more blood into your penis, trapping it in again with the ok grip.Do 10 sets of 4x4.(Each time you trap and squeeze 4 times=1 set)"
And also check out some of the girth exercises found here:
DO NOT ADD 4x4's or ANY of ferrari's exercises to your routine until about a month they are REALLY REALLY intense and should NOT be done by beginners I can't stress this enough there are tons of ways you can injure yourself doing those exercises (believe me I know from personal experience and don't make me scare you with injury links). For now your routine looks good slowly build up your intensity and at the end of the month add those custom girth exercises you'll see some serious gains by 2 months.
