Hello everybody,
My name is Joseph and I'm from McAllen, Texas USA. I am a 21 year old male. I've been lurking around these threads for almost a week now and this seems like a really awesome forum. I was wondering around more or less what age does the penis stop growing on its own? The reason I ask is because I don't want to start the beginner exercises until natural growth has been fully attained. I was also wondering, for you guys that have been experiencing substantial gains, did you alter your diet, exercise, sleep pattern as well? I know from my own experience that when I was in the best shape of my life, back in high school running track and playing reciever in football, erections were noticably harder and longer lasting, not sure if vigorous exercise and great health habits will support growth of a larger, longer penis. Thank you for all the great articles you guys have posted. I've been reading alot, it's very interesting. I never thought it was possible for the penis to grow from working it out until now.
