I thought I would post the routine I am now using after 2.5 weeks of PE, along with a few questions I have.

Wake up cloth: 3 applications
Long schlong: 5 reps of 20 secs, forward, right, left
Jelq: 110 reps
Power Stretch: 3 reps of 15 secs (5 secs pc tensed), forward, right, up, left, down
Horizontal movement: 40 reps
PC flex basic: 50 reps of 5 secs
Wake up cloth: 3 applications

I would just like some opinions on the above. Does it sound about right? I have a few questions below:

1. When doing the routines, I take a lot longer than PH says it should. The above takes about 1 hr 15 min. (The 7-10 min routine used to take me about 3/4 hour!) Some of the time lost seems to be in having to re-erect every 10-15 reps instead of 20-25 as recommended. Does anyone else have this problem?

2. When doing the Power Stretch, I only feel an advantage from the PC tensed part in the right and left direction. Is this normal? :sm33

OK, that's it. I would just like some feedback and helpful comments.

Thanks,

I thought I would post the routine I am now using after 2.5 weeks of PE, along with a few questions I have.

Wake up cloth: 3 applications
By three applications I assume that you mean put the cloth in the hot water three times. That's fine, but the whole warmup only needs to be about three minutes

Long schlong: 5 reps of 20 secs, forward, right, left Do all five directions, add up and down. Go to 6 reps, and you will have a total of 10 minutes on the LS.
Jelq: 110 reps
This is about 11 minutes of jelq time not counting erection renewal. At first, renewal at 10 to 15 is not unusual, but I am thinking that perhaps you are taking more time than you need to per jelq. About 3 to 4 seconds per jelq is fine.

Power Stretch: 3 reps of 15 secs (5 secs pc tensed), forward, right, up, left, down
Horizontal movement: 40 reps
PC flex basic: 50 reps of 5 secs
try to do 6 sets of 50 reps, 2 to 3 second holds during the day. These are flacid, just do them when you are bored at work or riding the train, whatever. You really don't need to waste workout time on these.

Wake up cloth: 3 applications
Warmdown should take about 2 minutes

Thanks,
Remember PH recommended times are talking about actual exercises, erection renewal is not part of the mix. I would say that your routine looks fine for about the next four weeks, then it will be time to mix in the intermediate exercises, and slowly raise the jelqs to about 200 reps. Actually, I would start increasing my jelqs by 25 reps per week tight now until you reach 200 reps.

Thanks for your comments Turtle.

I think I will keep only 3 directions in the LS for the time being as I don't want to overdo it. I do all 5 with the PS and by the time I get to them they hurt a bit (particularly downwards :sm39). Will add more in a few weeks. :sm19

I will try and speed up the jelqs and slowly add more too and will also do the PC stuff seperate.

How about the PS. Is it normal to only feel the stretch left and right? Does it get better?

Thanks again,

I never really did the power schlong, so I can't directly say. However it does make sense that you would notice the feeling more with the side motions of the stretch. Remember the ligs on the opposite side of the direction are getting a more intense stretch. That in combination with the flex is probably making it more noticable.

Thanks Turtle. Looks like I'm on the right track anyway.
