What's up everyone--

Daz asked me to post this question for everyone to see, as it may help other members. The question is, is it better to do the length stretching exercises before or after the girth exercises. Is it just a personal preference, or does one method work better than the other?

Neither is better than the other, its just a personal preference.

I also read somewhere that it was better to do girth first. I think it was supposed to have been 'Big Al's opinion but when I tried to find out more I couldn't.

Would he like to comment? :sm29

Which proves that neither is better. People have gained a lot with both methods so really they are both good. People who do girth first do it that way because they can't maintain the erection level after stretching so they do girth first.

Sed is right. I believe Big Al's reasoning for his opinion was that, for some people, it can be difficult to keep an erection (which you need for girthwork) after doing a thorough stretching routine. So he would do the intense girthwork first, then his stretching.

Dazz has the opinion (and I agree) that if you stretch AFTER girthwork, much of the blood leaves your penis because of the stretching. This results in a healing period during which there is less blood in the penis to aid in cellular repair and recovery.

Each way is perfectly acceptable, for reasons determined by the person doing PE; however, it is usually suggested that if you stretch AFTER girthwork, you do 1 or 2 short girth exercises after your stretching routine to re-engorge your penis, letting it heal more efficiently and in a larger state.

:D Could not have said it better myself :)

Depending on how I feel. I use both methods as required, but definitely re-engorge with after stretching ;)
