I have just started a PE routine,which include size genetics traction device,the penis health program and vimax pills.i am planning on using the device for the majority of the day and then 1 hour each evening using penis health routine,5days a week,with saturday and sunday recovery.As my girlfriend is in college i only see her at the weekend and i am slightly worried that my performance is going to lack because of the strenous week?will my performance be affected?

You need to give your routine more specifically so we can observe your routine and give you some feedback if needed.
How many hours do you plan to use the device everyday?
Be honest with you, if you are committed with the device and the excersies as you mentioned in your previous post, you will see a lot of measureable gains. You are lucky that you have time to do those while i dont. :sm33

Hey there Furbs1000,
I have noticed that my performance is a little weak if I have sex ON THE SAME DAY as a strenuous workout. However, it is often the case that ON THE DAY AFTER a good workout, my performance is actually enhanced (erections as hard as a pipe, lasting a little longer, etc.). Now, depending on your biology you may need to take more rest. Some people recover faster than others, so if you experience poor performance on the weekends, maybe you ought to make friday a rest day. The most important thing is probably getting the proper amount of sleep every night. Sometimes it's tough, but you should aim for 7-8 hours, especially at the end of a workout day.
Essentially, what it comes down to is, can your body recover from a penis workout in time for some good sex? Everyone is a little different and takes a different amount of time to recover, so you should probably experiment to find out what works for you.
Finally, I have had good results with the herbal supplements Horny Goat Weed and Ogoplex. It seems that, when I'm on one of them, no matter how fatigued my penis is (within reason!) I can get a mean boner; but again, everyone is different.
Hope this provides some food for thought! :)

thank you for the much appreciated info.hope to be able to wear my device underneath my loose fitting overalls,which means i should be able to wear it for about 8 hours per day.i am stiil waiting to recieve the device by post,so i am not fully sure just yet.Can they be worn whilst asleep?

Whoa, looking to put a lot of overtime I see.
Well, try it out for yourself. Most of the time, erection quality suffers after heavy girth training, and yes, a lack of rest ( that's the big killer of erections in my experience ).
But training 5 times a week for 8 hours might be a little overkill for your fella. Maybe stretch your 8 hour days apart and in between those only do exercises.
But I would try doing it 5 times a week just to see how it affects you. If you see a difference in a bad way, then cut back.
