Hi guys, I would just like to know your routine to taking measurements.
I find I do not always have two measurements the same (not started p.e yet), maybe due to state of arousal, length of time since ejaculation, time of day, temparature etc.
Do you guys have the same issue? If so, how can I take a 'true' measurement?
Also do you flex your pc when measuring as it can add length, giving you the maximum?
Am I correct in saying BPEL is digging the tape measure in your skin to the bone and measurin from there?
What does the N stand for in NBPEL?

If someone could answer some/all of these questions for me it would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Hi there,

Most guys measure their penis for their starting stats when they are at their most aroused (in a fairly warm room ;))- this should give you a good reading :)

I'm not sure whether a PC Flex is necessary here...although I'm sure the guys will comment themselves...........

Bone Pressed (BPEL) measurements are just that - measured from the pubic bone, so you push the tape measure as far back into the body as possible.

The "N" in NBPEL stands for "Non" - meaning that you measure the amount of penis "on display" rather than the amount that actually exists.

Hope this helps! Happy measuring :sm19

PC flex whilst measuring is not necassary. It wont make any difference, really. Do you pc flex and stay all the way whilst sex. of course not. Just measure it in its fully erect. YOu have to measure it few times to ensure the measurement, (thats what i did.) and dont cheat the measurement, because when you measure next time, you will be disappointed. Be honest with yourself and you will be thrilled when you see the growth in few months. take care
