Got mine today, some initial questions

Hi!

1) Why are you supposed to wear the device upwards, I can't have it hanging downward like the penis does?

2) Are you suppose to wear it 24/7 or have some restdays?

3) When I get going can I wear it 9 hours straight or must I take 1 hourpauses each second hour? Please tell me exaclly what times to wear it, including pauses.

4) Can the device be worn when I'm ill like having a cold or something similar?
