I started PE ages ago but stopped because I got some serious blood spots on the tip of my penis that freaked me out. Anyway, I'm back now.
I'm a beginner and I am having a problem with the long shlong. After every rep my penis goes semi erect! That's just how sensitive I am :s
Any advice? It's very tedious to wait 30 seconds between EACH rep.

Also on the long shlong page is says straight, left and right. What about down? When I pull down I feel the most stretch.

HI mate,

To deal with the erection problem, try doing all your girthwork first (jelqs etc) this will make use of your erection levels for jelqing and tire your dick out somewhat for your flaccid stretching afterwards ;)

Yes, the LS should actually involve 5 directions, straight out, up, left, right and down :)

I've also heard that with experience from PE, your penis will distinguish between stimulation and exercise.

Another thing: A major problem of mine is premature ejaculation. To combat it I'm doing PC killers and edging. When is the best time to fit them around my routine? And rest days?
