my penus gets hard and when it does it pulls down straight down if i pull it up and let it go it pull down fast when im laying on my back and it gets hard it shuld lay on my stomach right but instead it pulls down and if i try to pull it against my stomach it hurts but it does not lay againgst my stomach please help

It sound like the elastic tissue on your pubic bone has torn from your penis. The elastic tissue holds it up when your erect. You might want to see a doctor mabie it can be fixed, best of luck
