I started PE back in September. At the time I hadn't done the proper research and was just frustrated as hell at everything. I pretty much gave up on being able to do anything with my penis. I purchased a 4 month supply of PSP and they had no results. I thought I was doing the excersises correctly but still i saw no kind of improvement what-so-ever. In fact the only time i ever saw any kind of improvement in length or girth was when i purchased a tube of topical enhancement cream. it gave about a .5 inch increase in length and a .25 inch increase in girth, however the effects were temporary (they only lasted for about 30 - 45 minutes). plus the cream itself smelled like the stuff you would rub on a sore muscle.
So this is what i am going to do. I am going to stand by manual excersises. I will be starting over completely. Hell maybe I should even start a thread on it here. Here is the thing. I have read on a lot of success stories where guys were able to fix their curve and increase their length and girth using only the excersises. now that i am a little more informed on what PE is and how to do it properly i am going to start with a newbie program and work my way up from there. (this time with out the pills).
the only other method that i have any real interest in is the use of a traction device. however i wont be able to afford one for a few months. my goal will be to have my penis in a more healthy and pre conditioned state so that the traction device wont have to work as long to condition my penis.
i usually make measurements every monday morning. so i will do my best to come here and report each measurement. i will also report any supplements that i take, (Vitamin E etc) as well as the amount of each.
I am keeping a possative outlook on this. I am keeping my goal to a decent degree. I am hoping to add 1 inch in length and .5 inch in girth. I will get an exact measurement of my penis (flaccid and errect) and post it here prior to me starting this new routine. Also i will do my best to give pictures as well. if i can figure out how add pictures to the forums links. can anyone help me to figure that one out?
Daz and many other men here in the forum have seen amazing results with the excersises and i think i would like to give it one more try from the basics before i decide to give up on it. call me stubborn i just dont like giving up on something i feel can be accompished somehow.
