Hey guys,
I have been PEing for about a year. During the year I have been pretty consistent (could have been better though), but for the last two months I have been PEing 3 on 1 off with out a single day missed. I have only made minimal gains during the year. My current workout is 10 mins of jelq and hold, 3 sets of 10 reps of squeezes, 10 mins of streching the penis for 10 seconds then taking the thumb up and down the top of the shaft (sorry i forget what thats called), 3 sets of power streching in all 5 directions, and then the wake up cloth for 2 mins. I really want more gains so please give any suggestions at all! Thanks.

Need help for all of you especially from Big Al and Dazz and other super hero’s hahahaha. I consider myself super hero too. But some time we all need help no matter who we are or what we have gain. I did start PE more than a year ago (looks like almost 16, 18 month but not sure). I believe I was 5.5 inch long and 4.5 inch in girth. Today with god grace and hard work I am 6.60 or may be 6.70 inch long and sharp 5 inch in girth. I wrote so many threads and gave my out put to many new comers and others time to time. But never mention my routine. Here is my routine what I am doing from last year and half.
1) Nice good warming in the shower tub by nice hot water at least 4-5 min. (I used hot towel in the beginning but later on I learned from you guys the hot water technique)
I was doing length exercise first then jelqing for girth. Again later on I learned from you guys it does not matter which one you do first. By doing jelqing first your tool is not tired and it erect fully for full benefit of girth gain. So from last 6-7 months I am doing girth exercise 1st and I never did more than 100 jelqs. My jelqs are very intense. I do only wet jelqs. Squeezing is added in 100. So there are may be 5-10 squeezes. Total time I do spend 10-15 min in girth exercise. Since I use baby oil so I do wash by hot water in the tub so It is kind of second warming up.
2) Power stretch 15-20 sec each direction, straight, right, left, up and down. Then heli nice two rounds clock wise and anti clockwise, and then bundle tunica, (right and left twist), V stretch and A stretch. This is my one round. Let me repeat it again so there is no confusion here to understand what I am saying. All together is one round. And I do only three rounds. I do these all stretches very intensely. Normally I spend 15 -20 min. After this long speech here is my problem where I need you help from all of you.
I am stuck at 6.60 inch length and 5 inch girth. As a matter of fact my goal was 6.5 x 5 which I gain and I am happy. My investment over here is worth. I can not explain how I and my wife feel. Please guide me how can be 7 x 5 plus. Why I am stuck here or what should I do to get my new goal. By the way I did give a rest last month for one week. Note for the new comers, I achieve my goal after few injuries so keep in mind path is rough but doable. Please help me and guide me how can be 7 x 5 plus.

Thank you for providing your stats and confirming that yes, your gains so far have been minimal but you have had gains.
Ok, lets forget the first 10 months, the fact that you state you "could have been better though" in your commitment , suggests that your consistency was not as good as you would like to imagine ;)
Ok, now to comment on a couple of holes in your routine.
First, you dont mention a preroutine warmup, although you do mention the warmdown, both are DAMN important, with the preroutine warmup even more so !!!! I will assume this was an honest ommision in your post and not your routine ;)
you mention 10 mins of jelq and hold ? by now, this should be a defined number of reps. you should be doing 100 good slow and intense jelqs as a minimum if you are also doing good squeezes.
"10 mins of stretching the penis for 10secs" ?????? I have no idea what you mean here mate, but the minimum length of time for holding a stretch is 20 secs and I would encourage 30secs if you can maintain intensity, again you dont mention how long you are holding the Powerstretch for. I suggest that you should click on he penishealth tab at the top of this page and re familiarise yourself with the exercises (asuming you are a member ) or just check the free exercises and routines listed :))
Oh, and last but not least Intensity is the magic word. If your are not putting some decent but safe effort into exercising your dick, you dont feel "worked" and perhaps a little "sore" after your routines, then you are simply wasting your time ")

Hi Sagar,
First of all, congratulations on your fantastic gains to date, Your success is an inspiration to many, and I have personally enjoyed following your progress.
You will know by now that you have a reached a "plateau", I am sure you are familiar with this is you have been reading through the forums. It is very common and there are a number of suggestions that have beeen made to get through it.
Increase your routine, reps and sets, change the exercises around, inlude more advanced exercises.
Consider clamping or hanging.
Shock therapy, where you spend a full day or 2 performing all the various exercises on yourself and spending several hours on the routines, then rest for a day and start back on a new and increased advanced routine.
Take a months break from PE to allow your penis to decondition.
Consider buying the extender to compliment the manual exercises as I did and have had success with.
I hope that you can decide which one of the above suggestions you will try and hopefully get yourself back to gaining :)

OK, i didnt mention my warm up because i do my jelqs in the shower so i take a hot 5 min shower before i begin and this feels like it is a sufficient warm up for me.
next, for my jelq and holds that i do for 10 mins i should probably do reps but 100 reps with holding each rep for 15 seconds is too long for the amount of time i have to spend on a workout. It would take 25 mins to do 100 reps held for 15 seconds.
As for the streching for 10 seconds......i meant i streched the penis for 10 secs then continuing to strech it i run my thumb up and back on top of the shaft for another 10 seconds (20 seconds total). i will now try and hold my streches for 30 seconds. my power streches i hold for 15 seconds at each position, but should i hold them for longer?
and yes i think the intensity might be the biggest problem for me. sometimes i find my self day dreaming and not really concentrating on my exercises. Dazz, thank you for the input! i really appreciate it.

Yes try to increase the length of time you hold your stretches. It would appear that you now know your biggest failing, keep your mind on the job and focus on that intensity ;)

I just wanted to say congrats to you guys on your success in gains. Rambis, considering that you mentioned that you were some what laxed on your routine i still feel that you should feel very proud of your success. Going from 5 1/8 inch NBP to 5 5/8 inches is a 1/2 inch gain!! That is outstanding! :D So what if it took you a little longer. Look at it this way. You are now permanently 1/2 inch longer for the rest of your life, vice being the same length you were a year ago before you decided you wanted to make this commitment. I'll bet that if you met yourself a year ago and you heard yourself feeling down about only gaining a 1/2 inch you would slap yourself silly. If i am able to gain 1/2 I would be absolutley thrilled! So congrats bro!! You are an inspiration! Feel proud of yourself, I am very happy for you! Even "minimal" gain is still a gain...the best thing about it is that you have proven to yourself that you can still gain more! :)
