Hey All,
I started my routine on Tuesday, June 3. Here's my routine:
Wake up cloth - 3 min.
Long Shlong - 8 min.
Jelq - 10 min.
Power Stretch - 6 min.
Horizontal Movement - 5 min.
Needling - 3 min.
Wake up cloth - 2 min.
PC Flex - 300 minimum
I am going to try 3 days on and 1 day off.
I ordered a five month supply of prosolution pills but I'm not in a hurry to use them. I want to see what my gains will be without them for two months or so.
Erect, I am 5" length and 4" 17mm girth. Flaccid, I am 3" 10mm length and 3" 16mm girth. So, I have some work to do. But, I'm 5 feet 4 inches tall, so proportionally, maybe I'm average.
I'm in no big hurry to impress anyone, just trying to do an over all body makeover. I think have a lot of potential to look really sexy and am using what I have to work with to make it possible. I started lifting weights with a personal trainer, last week. Really, my main goal is to build more confidence.
What I've read on the archives has been very helpful. I am looking forward to learning from and contributing to the forum.
An embarrasing moment: I spilled a bottle of canola oil on the carpet!! Not the whole bottle, but enough to make a mess.
