well heres the thing, i have done PE for queit some time now, and i haven't been the big gainer but have had results, it's not the programs fault i haven't really done the exercises that i should make so only have myself to blaim.
but here is the thing. i don't want any more girth at all, its fine for my GF and when she gives me blowjob her teeths drags up and down on it and it hurts like [€$£€@££$[! (censored) so i don't want any more girth, but i still want it to be longer, how do i do that? normally i just followed the average exercises but what to do then? atm im just doing some stretches in the shower, im doing like: 3-5mins warm up. massage the penis (don't know if it works at all, but massage gives better bloodflow so might work here aswell) then im doing a bunch of stretches, first im doing the normal one, grapping behind the head of my penis holding it out in front of me for 10-20 secs, massage the head and then over again 5mins in all. then im doing the same thing just to the sides (only here i can feel the stretch) then im doing some other stretches like holding the handwash and the penis with the same hand, and then laying a little bit back so my penis is holding my weight (might sound hard but im not hanging in it, im still standing horrisontal when this is done, but it feels like it gives a nice stretch) and then i enter the shower, do some few light stretches massage it abit and making the warm up again, 2-3mins.
any suggestions? i really don't want anymore girth, i don't know if im over the average in girth and i don't care, i just want it to be longer thats all? is it possible at all?

ohh some few other things 1. i do the stretches pretty hard, im really trying to feel the stretch when i do them. 2. i do them on the average 2 days on, 1day off. 3days on. 1 day off etc. etc,

At 6.6 and 5.2 you have a nice balanced size. If you got up to 7.5 you would want to up the girth to at least 5.5 for a similar balance. Do what you want, but I think a little girth work will help with the overall effect. What you really need to do is focus your approach. You didn't really tell us much beyond the 3 on 1 off and 2 on 1 off schedule. What have you been doing, what exercises, how many reps, all that stuff. If you want some help tell us what you are doing. As far as can it be done, take a look at my signiture. I have managed to gain a little bit. What it takes is consistency, dedication, and intensity. You have already said that you weren't the best at that. That's good that you know were you were a little short, now try to fix it. Start by giving us some details, so that we can give you some advice.

well first i just followed the normal program, and used the log, and basicly just followed that. and i got gains as i stated but again i could have done better. well maybe the ekstra girth will make it more in balance just afraid its going to hurt even more. but maybe i just need to start all over with the exercises and then move along with it.

back on track, starting to do the exercises again, starting with the little intermediate on 10 mins, and moving along from there, also i have bought some magnesium powder. which gives a whole other grip. and i have decided to keep the log on the track forum, so i can get feedbacks on the things i do, so cya in the progress threat
