Hi,

Just registered and everything. Anyway, I am looking at the workout routines. It says:

Wake up cloth: 1
Long Shlong: 3
Jelq: 3
Horizontal Movement: 2
Wake Up cloth: 1

This is for the beginners program. Do I do this routine for a month and move on to Intermediate, then wait another month and move on to advanced? How long do I do this routine until I move on to the next level?

You may advance your workout levels weekly or whenever it feels right for you. The idea is to become familiar with all the exercises and then customize your own workout to suite your needs.

Just remember that your fellow members are here to assist you any time you have a question and require further help towards achieving your gains.

There is an extreme amount of valuable information to be found throughout the Mens-Network Forum. So be sure to take some time to explore the many threads and posted replies.

There are lots of members here with lots of support.
