hi.firts let me ask if i measure my bpel correct.i pit a ruler in the top of my penis with 100% erection and then i press the luler into my body untill the ruler find my bone and can not go any more.then i set up the sg 4 cm less then my bpel witch is my case 16.5.is that the correct way?cause my flaccid leght is only 7 cm and i think that i m going to have problem now that i have to put 0.5 axes every next week.i m not sure if i m able to stretch so much.thats why i m asking about the correct way of measuring the bpel.QUESTION 2 as i got it in one week u suppose to strecth 6*9 hours=54 hours, then having one day rest and then put another 0.5 axes.so what i d like to know is if i dont stretch 9 hours every day again i must compete the 54 hours of strecthing and then put the extra 0.5 axes?

Hi Kerimis,

You should set your SG at 4cm less than your erect length - NON bone pressed. By all means add your Bone Pressed Measurement into your signature (these should increase whilst using the device), but do not set your SG based on a Bone Pressed measurement

The reason you may be finding difficulty in adding the 0.5cm increments is probably down to taking inaccurate measurements (i.e. the ones you are using are too large). So take your erect Non Bone Pressed measurements by placing a ruler against the amount of shaft you actually see, from base to tip, and subtract 4 cm from this to set your SG.

I understand that others will use a Bone Pressed Measurement to set the SG, but if you're a "grower" I would certainly go by Non Bone Pressed.

The way in which you described taking your Bone Pressed Measurement sounds about right - although you should measure along the side of your penis down the shaft - rather than the top.

Also, if you are struggling to find the time to wear the device for 9 hours per day, 6 days a week, I would suggest still adding the 0.5cm increment (see "Special Mode" in the manual) and adding some manual exercises to your PE routine.

Hope this helps :)

thanks for the replay.the reason i use the bp and the way i measure my penis was because thats the way daz told me.my not bp erected measurement is 15-15.5 cm,at the moment i have the devise on 13.5 cm and i started using the devise on 1st of february with an average of 6 hours per day(after i use the devise for 3hours for the first 6 days)..so now u suggest me to readjust the devise?about the hours i can wear the devise are between 6-9 hours so i do not preferer to do the spesial mode(i m not fun of the exercises:) )..thats why i m asking how i can know when i can put a new axes?just for the record if i start using the special mode can u tell me a programm that i can follow?also is it aproved that special mode is working?and if yes how long is the average time that its needed to gain an inch?sorry for so many questions but i d like to do it the coorect way so as i have the best possible results..
Thanks in advance

If I understand correctly, and you have not gained anything from the 1st February, your starting statistics would have been 15 -1 15.5 cm, so your starting setting for the device should have been 11 - 11.5 cm.

There have been 4 weeks in February and so by adding 0.5 cm in 3 of those, your device should be currently set at 12.5 - 13 cm.

I understand that Dazz used his according to a Bone Pressed Measurement, and that he has found successes through using this method. However, since you detailed that you are struggling with the device, my advice would be to set it according to your Non Bone Pressed measurements. Remember that everyone has to find their own preferences for their program.

The Special Mode is advised by AndroMedical and Jade sought clarification on the issue:

As for your question, basically there are two key factors involved in our treatment: time and traction. Less traction means more time, and less time means more traction. There is no risk of injury since you do not wear the device for as many hours as with the standard mode. Besides, the breaks are still mandatory ever two hours (at least).

Also, please bear in mind that the increase rate as of the 3rd month on is the same as in the standard mode.

There are no time frame averages with regards to any of our systems, and AndroMedical also said this to me in a recent email - it's good advice:

The more you wear the device the better. One of the keys to success is being constant in its use, because in this way the penile tissues will be able to generate new cells continuously.

Not wearing the device means no traction exercised and thus no new tissue generated. As a consequence it will take longer to obtain the desired results.

Good luck :proposetoast:
