Yesterday was my third day of my routine. I used more pressure on the jelq and horizontal movement than I did the last two days... and at the end of the "workout", there was a small red spot on the right side of the head of my penis.

What is it and how did it get there? And what do I do about it?

thats a good sign shows your applying correct pressure.

That spot is a little bit of blood trapped under the skin. It's nothing to worry about and I agree with pearce6, it shows you have the right intensity. In time these will disappear almost completely (i.e. they won't appear at all, the one you have now will probably be all gone by tomorrow) when your capilarries get more "fit".

The only cause of action you need to take is to keep doing your routine. Stay at that same pressure for your jelq (if you're freaking out about this you can apply a little less pressure next session but work up there again) and you'll soon become accustomed to the routine.

I've been on the program for almost a month and I've only really increased in intensity for the last 2 weeks . The first 2 I used to get accustomed to it all . I didn't want to hurt my little pleasure giver !:D
