You need to give more detail if anyone is gonna help you. What are your stretch times. What directions do you stretch. I am sure the numbers are your reps... you just arent explaining your routine well.

no those are times, the numbers are times. my streches are in the directions that the exercises say. I dont think it matters wat directions i stretch in order to have my question answered. Im sorry if i wasnt clear. power stretch all directions for 10 seconds each, v-stretch i stretched upwards for 20 seconds each rep, pressured schlong one rep lasts 30 seconds, double hand schlong is every direction for 15 seconds, tunica stretch is just stretching straight out for 20 seconds. Now i just want to know if my exercises are ok for length or if i have too many stretch exercises. Thanks

You know what, I still wouldn't know what to tell you. Hasn't it been talked about over and over and over on this forum that you should do your routine in reps, not minutes??? How do you know if you do the same amount everytime? Are you counting down time in between reps as part of your time? If so, you aren't doing much! I can't believe the # of guys that keep posting everything in minutes.
I always did reps from the start, and did not count any "down" time as part of the exercise time. In fact, I couldn't care less about exercise time (I'm layed off). It takes me a total of 2-3 hours (or more?) per day to get through my routines, if I count the total time. Is this what the whole problem has been from the start as far as why I'm not gaining very fast? Am I doing too much? I don't think so, because I'm just following the advice that I've heard since I first joined the site; do your workout in reps, not minutes.

Sorry, I should add here that I do a split routine. My girth is done in the mornings and length in the evenings, and this time also accounts for PC flexes.

I agree thta you should do reps and not time but its all up to you in the end. A couple of questions. Some of those are advanced stretches. Are you just starting to add advanced stretches? If so I would only add one advanced stretch at a time(tradeout an easier stretch for an advance one once every few weeks just to be safe). As long as you properly worked up to that routine I dont see why it wouldnt work.
I do a bit less than that and I see gains. They are not the fastest, but I dont like spending alot time. Short attention span. I also like to add kegels and reverse kegels at the end of all my stretches. I will also change the stretch time per rep from what the site says. I like to personalize everything to what I think is maximum for my body.

Word of caution, don't try dry Jelqs until you're fully advanced in the program.
If you do, you run the great risk of injuring yourself and delaying your program :dizzy:
Good luck :sm27

well at first i did my routine in time. Watever reps on whatever exercise i could get done in that time i do in reps. so in 8 mins i can fit 12 reps in the pressured schlong. so thats wat i do. and 2 hours on a routine is too much. the program says no more than 1 hour per session or you will have minimal gains.

hey this is my routine:
warm up 5 mins
jelq 130-140 reps
supra slammers 5-10 reps
pressured shlong 12 reps
tunica stretch 10 reps
warm down 3 mins
i know it is bad to masterbate a few hours before or after a workout and the slammers require one to masterbate and kegal before orgasm. Is this ok to do exercises before and after the slammers as long as you dont ejaculate? As long as you hold it in with the pc flex? thaks

Your just asking for trouble. You started a little over a month ago, and your doing slammers, not a good idea. You really should have at least three months PE experience before trying the slammers. Supra probably had more like a year of experience before he came up with the slammers.

I just saw in another forum that you have four months experience. I was going by your February start info. You should be OK with slammers then, just be careful with them.
