View Full Version : Keep injuring myself with Long Schlong

I keep injuring myself when I perform the Schlong exercises. I've found it's very easy to damage the skin of the glands with them. I've done it twice now and it's a pain because you have to lay off until you heal. The first time I did it I was using tissue for grip so have stopped using that now.

What I would like to know is how hard do you guys pull? The penis health site says you should feel it at the base of the penis, but if I do this I am in danger of damaging the glans. I'm wondering if I'm yanking too damn hard but if I do it gently I don't feel anything.

Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone have a solution?

Like I say, I have ripped the surface of my glans twice now and it's annoying coz the only proper length exercises seem to be the schlong ones.

What kind of injury? Is it like bruised or like raw or cut? When do you do it? Like before or after girth, where do you do it???

I do schlong exercises first.

My first injury was like a blister but without the fluid inside. What happened was I managed to move the skin of the glans seperate from the glans itself. :eek: This was using toilet paper. It took about two weeks to go away - quicker than I thought. :sm27

The second one I was using a different grip and caused a tear just behind the head where your foreskin is. This was using a grip with two fingers in a scissor type action behind the head. I still have this one but it is on the mend.

Today I have just tried an experiment. I did my schlong exercises standing in front of the sink with a damp towel for grip. It seems safe and I got quite a good grip. I will let you know how this goes in the future.

I will let you know how this goes in the future.Hey sorry was out of town for a few days. Your injuries probly arn't that bad just some "rawness" and basically just skin damage. I got this on the left side of my penis the otherday sometime in the night time, surprisingly the penis heals pretty good when its just a minor scrape or cut.

If you take a shower and have "city" water or hard water after you get out your grip will be better possibly preventing cuts and rawness! IF your pulling so hard you are nearly decapitating your penis head than yes you are pulling way to hard. All you have to do is pull until you have "tension" or a slight pulling at the base!

I've always had that problem. Here's what I'm doing:

I've started doing piss sessions so that my penis could get used to the tension of stretching. I do piss sessions throughout the day. So I don't have as much trauma as if I did a normal routine.

After a stretch, whenever possible, I apply aloe vera on my head. It helps it heal pretty quickly.

I've done this for the past month and I haven't had problems. Only a bit of sore skin from time to time.

And I stretch to the max. I believe not stretching at your fullest is a waste of time.

Stretch at your fullest, but not for 30 mins straight.

Wohoo, what's a piss session? Do you mean stretching at the toilet?

I agree, I don't feel like I'm really doing any good if I don't feel a decent amount of tension. This has meant injury in the past, however. Anyway, I've used a damp face-cloth a few times now and it seems to work, so for the time being I'm sticking with it.

I've got a feeling my head maybe more sensitive than others though as not many people have reported the same problem. I feel like I'm making progress again though so ... :spin:

Thought I'd give you all a further sitrep if anyone is still interested.

I have abandoned the damp face cloth method as it caused some more soreness and am now using just my bare hand. What I do is this: after the wake up cloth I use the cloth to wash my dick so its completely clean and dry - this then gives a good grip. I then just use my empty hand to schlong with. I've done this three times now and it seems much better.

The way I see it is if you use a cloth/tissue or whatever you can't tell what is going on down there but with your empty hand you can. This seems like the way forward and I will let you know of further progress. :scratchchin:

As sometimes happens, advice that works for some, may not work for others. It is ggod to see that you are trying out the advice offered and also using your own ideas to affect a possible solution to your dilemna and recording these on the forum. I wish you well with your latest solution ;)
