I've done 7-10 min beginners workout plan for a week now. I just have few questions now.

how many days in a week should I do these exercises? how many rest days

is it ok to masturbate or does it effect to gains?

can I change workout times when I'm doing beginners workout or should I stick in 7-10min workout? I mean like is it ok to to week 7-10min and then 2weeks 20-25min workout and then go intermediate 7-10min workout

Welcome to the forum.
Your questions have been asked and answered many times on the forum and if you do a little research by reading through the forums and articles, you will find the answers you seek. If you are a member of PenisHealth read through all the recommendations/progression sequences and follow them, you will not go wrong!

We recommend that you do not ejaculate 2 - 3 hours pre and post workout. Again, I would point you to the articles forum where the reasons are very well explained and other excelent articles exist to increase your knowledge of PE ;)

DO NOT deviate from the beginer program for at least 6-8 weeks. If you rush through the programs you'll exhaust your penis, plain and simple.

And in between each change in routine take a week or two off to rest up. And even during the week I suggest taking an extra rest day.

Patience is the greatest ally in PE. The gains will come, you just need to allow your boy to rest down there. It's a small organ and putting it through all that stress is alot.
