The 4x4's
Kegal as much blood into your penis as you can and trap it in with an ok grip.Then, using your free hand sqeeze your penis( in short-make an ok grip and sqeeze your penis) for about 4 seconds. Repeat this squeeze 3 more times and then let go of the ok grip and kegal more blood into your penis, trapping it in again with the ok grip.Do 10 sets of 4x4.(Each time you trap and squeeze 4 times=1 set)
