Hi,
I want to start doing the exercises and have attempted to.

However, when I do the hot towel warmup, it seems like it gets cold extremely quick.

Can anyone help me out on this?

I understand that a proper warmup is very critical and I don't feel that this method is giving me a proper warmup.

thanks

Sorry mate,
Nothing for it but to keep applying hot water to the towel as soon as it starts to lose its heat, or you can do a search on "rice sock " for an alternative warmup method;)

Cheers

You can also do a search on infra red heat lamp

I use this and it's much better than the towel and you don't have to hold anything on you which leaves your hands free.

I don't think anyone here wants to literally cook their penis. That is way dangerous!

Haven't cooked it yet and it's not dangerous.
I guess if I started to smell pork I'd get the hint and use common sense.

You might want to well-wrap your nuts, though to keep from roasting them (heat is not so good for your balls, as I'm sure you know they hang away from the body to keep them cool).

I learned in one of my classes that they banned infrared heating sources from buildings because this woman left the infrared heater on and cooked her baby. In all seriousness.

As for if you don't want to apply heat to your balls, why does the exercise recommend that you heat wrap your balls as well?

Probably so you warm up all the muscles that are joined to your Penis

I think they just didn't omit that part from the exercise when it taken from its original source when they probably should have. Why was it originally described this way? Hmmm. Good question. Anyone have a clue?

Have a look at gStandup's warm-up bottle idea:
