The workout that will really give you results is one that won't lead to injury, is varied, and that you use consistenly. There's no "magic routine" as such. Some might be a little better than others but in the end all routines stop working. That's why variety is such a big thing. Start out doing the beginner's workout and slowly build up. Make sure you increase intensity over time, intensity is more important than duration for most people. Then, when you're about a month or so into the program, ask the same question again and I'll throw some cool routines your way.

About the warm cloth wrap, it serves the same purpose as a cool-down after a regular workout or sports event. You can leave it be at the end of the program but it will help with recuperation which always preceeds growth. This is just like building muscle, you have to recuperate before you can gain and the warm cloth wrap helps you with that.

warmup and cooldown as said are very very important.

i believe the warm down has something to do with aiding blood flow to help growth. i always take a shower after doing pe

I think it's a good idea to vary your program now and then. But when you're a beginner you need to stay with the beginner's program to get the hang of the exercises and slowly build intensity.

3-on-1-off means that you work on the routine for 3 days straight (like you said, Monday-Wednesday) and then take the 4th day off. You don't need to be absolutely rigid about this but the vital thing is to have at least 1 day a week off, sometimes two. As with any other exercise the cells doesn't adapt during the workout but when you rest, after recovery. So if you do the workout every day you'll short-circuit growth a little by not giving enough time for adequate recovery.

Well what I do is workout Mon.-Wed take Thursday off , then Fri & Sat I workout and Sunday I take another day off . So now I always know wich days I'm supposed to workout . Cuz with the 3 on 1 off , I would end up on a day where I couldn't perform my exercises ( Sunday ) because I'm not home on sundays and well I don't really think my gf's family would appreciate me using there towels for a warm up down there :D

and how do i get more lenght to my flaccig sice? do you really need to do the jelg over 15 min? im doing now just 5 min... and is it bad to use soap or some kind of body lotion for lubrication.? and i would prefer more girth also..! how?

i feel so stupid now, but i hope that you understand.. because i want bigger.! and thanks again for answears.!

Post your entire program so that we can be sure but I would say that 5 min of jelqing isn't enough. Just like with anything else you need to put some effort into this to get results. Don't make the mistake of thinking these are somehow magical exercises. It's doing the exercises consistently for fairly long periods of time that will get you results. You're trying to reconfigurate the cells, that takes time.

First of all if you want more flaccid length, do sit down stretches.
Second, 15 mins may be a bit much for a beginner, I've been doing this for awhile and I do no more than 100 jelqs per session, which is less than 10 mins, and I see results.
The jelqing exercises are for girth stretching for length.
Third,Baby oil is best, personally I use baby oil gel, it only takes a very small amount and you only have to apply it once. ( less mess)
Hope this helps and good luck gaining.

i do first wake up cloth in shower and then long shlong for 4-5 reps it takes 5 min. horizontal movement (how long should i do this?) jelg about 20 reps 5 min (not enough?) and the sit down strech for 5 min or less. and a shower again in the end of the programm.

and if a take body lotion for lubrication, would it be bad for my penis?

and thanks again all of you!

First off, I agree with pearce6: you're not doing enough of anything. You don't expect to be a good basketball player if you just shoot a few hoops every other week, do you? Same thing here. You need to put effort into this.

About body lotion, I use it all the time and the only side-effect is a very smooth and silky penis.

Your exercise selection is good, you just need to spend more time on each exercise. Start by going up to 10 min for each. I wouldn't worry about counting reps, just keep an eye on the clock and keep ding the exercise till the time is up. That should be a fairly good beginner's routine.

okey!! thanks ebon00!! one more thing in the horizontal movement..! how long have you do it? it says so -->"Do NOT rush this exercise as it should take 2-3 seconds to complete" is that 2-3 seconds one rep?! and you do that for 10 min? well thanks again!

i stopped my PE when i notice little bit pain in my penis but it went away in a day but i didn't continue my workout because i have been so busy with my job and other! so i start it again to day.! :p

so the questions: can you use sun oil for lube? and does it matter if you do the workout in the evning or in the morning? and can you do the sit down and PC muscle exercises every day?
