Can i jerk off after i do like 250 jelqs ? normally when i get blood flowing afterwards i want to will i lose any possible corpus caverna gains id i do?

I don't speak with any authority on this, but I ran across something a few days ago that you might want to read. From Wikipedia:
A 2001 study[2] examined the effect of a 3-week period of sexual abstinence followed by masturbation-induced orgasm. It found that abstinence over such periods "does not change the neuroendocrine response to orgasm but does produce elevated levels of testosterone in males."
A 2003 study[3] showed that serum testosterone levels reach a peak seven days after abstaining from ejaculation.

The reason I mentioned this is because I have been doing some reading about different hormones and how they effect penile growth. To my surprise, I found that testosterone is the primary hormone responsible for penile growth during adolescence (I thought it was a growth hormone), so, depending upon your age, you may want to keep that in mind.

As in his body hasn't finished growing (it's at 21 you stop growing, right?) or that if he's older he doesen't recover as fast as if he was younger?

I was thinking more along the lines of it's effect on potential growth. I was a late finisher (I started at around the normal time, but didn't finish until into my early 20s). I wish I had known about this at that time :(
Regardless, I would still try to abstain from excessive masturbation during PE. We now know that it decreases testosterone levels, which might be beneficial to what we are trying to accomplish.

Yeah, that would be a pretty safe bet. I still think the higher testosterone levels may be beneficial to the process, however.

Pretty good discussion but the bottom line is still to avoid masturbation in the +/- window of three hours. It's not that goddamn hard. Granted I am an old man, but hell, I still rememember what it was like to be young. Control your physical emotions! It's psychological, but do it. You want to have the best chance for gains, or do you want to do it half ass. Your choice, my suggestion is to become a man, and make a decision. Quit playing games, give yourself the best chance of solid real gains. OK, enough speech making on my part.

Well said! I think if I was PEing at a younger age I would have used it as a good reason NOT to masturbate, regardless of how bad the urge. Once you're in your twenties, you should be able to control yourself, for the most part, if you really try. Just as I used PE as a reason to quit using tobacco, the same would apply to masturbation.
And I'm not sure about the benefits of higher test levels when doing PE, but regardless, masturbation has been said to be detrimental to the process when done within the time window.

Good stuff. I have a mild mitro valve prolapse and cannot take all the pills that help out on penis enlargment , so i researched and researched and found a wide assortment of herbs that do very well.
