Are pumps the best way to increase length and girth

I have used a pump a couple of times and I have noticed that my penis fills with way more blood and gets bigger that doing the exercises and taknig pills. SO I was wanting to know if I can just use a pump with a gage for about 30 min to an hour every day if my penis length and girth will increase. It's all about filling the Cavernosa with as much blood as possible isn't it.

Hi mate,
In the user product reviews forum, there are one or two threads that deal with pumps. Ido not recommend them, as the potential for serious injury is great if used by the inexperienced.

One thing I notice about the girth exercises especially the ones that are intense is that there is edema build up but it's very minor.

If you use a pump the dangers of that build up with no knowledge to you of it's occuring is great indeed.

I've used a pump before to experiment w/ the wife and there doesn't seem to be a real good way to monitor yourself as w/ the manual exercises.

Personally I say dump the pump they aren't worth it.
