Hi guys, this is my first post, seems like there’s a lot of help out there. waited ‘till I read most of the posts, hope I don’t make too many errors!
Began 4 weeks ago, (free site) to get an idea of what's involved. Basic warm up, jelg, stretch, kegels warm down etc., about 45mins daily minimum. Looked at tons of rubbish on the web & decided on Penis-Health program glad I did. Member about 3 weeks & been using a W/O from Darren Beale for a week. I was pleased to receive this so quickly, they deliver! Thanx Darren. Have had gains: (inch BP) before fpl 5.0 fpg 4.2 epl 6.8 epg 5.0, now fpl 6.5 fpg 4.5 and erpl 7.5 epg 5.5 I was quite a good size to start, large head & always been able to last as long as I wanted & be rock hard. Pleased with results so far, but worried don’t get as hard as B4, probably means gains would be even more. Is this temporary, anyone else noticed this? I'm on a good healthy diet, & do some excersize, PC's and visualization,and take vitamins/minerals.

Are you noticing that you are NOT as hard on the same day u did a workout? Usually if you have done an intensive workout then you may find it hard to get a full erection on the same day.

Also do you concentrate much on the PC muscle? Answers to these please mate! :)

Hi Pearce6, didn't expect a reply this quick, thanks.
I have noticed this not just on the same day but even after having a rest day or even two. But I did get nearer to normal ealier today, and I'm sure the size increases will be better when I get back to normal.
That is what worried me, I've always been able to get a solid erection, except sometimes if a condom is too tight, or am tired or been overdoing the sex thing!
Anyhow thanks for getting back to me so quick.

This kind of thing happens. Your max erection will vary depending on what day it is, how much stress you have in your life, how well you eat, etc. It will be up and down (pun intended). Just make sure to take your days of rest now and then (I suggest 3 days of PE followed by 1 day rest) and you'll be fine.

One question though, when you say "not as hard" do you mean erection angle or just the feel of your penis (say, when you grab it). When you PE there is some blood-trapping in the tissues surrounding the actual erectile tissue and this will feel a little like a thin layer of fat if there's enough blood in there. The underlying tissues will still be as hard as they were but you'll feel the slightly softer sensation from the blood under the skin. (Think of a steel rod. Kind of hard. Now wrap it in cotton. The rod is still hard but the surface feels softer.)

Seriously, thanks for your feedback. No its not the angle, but I would'nt expect it to be as high as before cos theres a lot more weight to it now, (more blood).
No it's definately not as hard, although I know what you mean about a softer layer on the outside, this is definately about a 95%er, and has the feeling that you desribe as well.
