Hey all was just seeing what ya guys felt about this work out, this is the routine I am currently doing and I just wanted to know if this WILL work, and if thre is anything I can add to try and speed up, or help my progress

I have a couple Routines I chose from

First is the length gain
1. Warm Up 3 Minutes
2.Power Stretch 5 Minutes
3. V Stretch 5 Minutes
4. Ultimate Jelq 5 Minutes
5. Circular Stretch 4 Minutes
6. Warm Down 3 Minutes
I do this for the first 4 weeks then at intermediate lv I bring the warm up and down to 5 minutes and exercise 2 and 3 i move to 10 minutes. At advanced Lv that is about 3 months in everything is for 10 minutes but warm up and down is 5

Then I have others like Girth gain, Head Gain and a Total Penis Solutions which follow exact same time for work outs as listed before

Was wondering if this routine will do the trick, if there is any sugestsion on what I can do to maxamize. Any help at all Cause me and my girl broke up, for a break. We plan to get back together SOOOO SHE SAYS but if we do, when we do get back I want a massive cock so I can literly pound the fuck out of her

Ok here we go for the millionth time

Convert your minutes to reps. Just doing something for so many minutes is not a good gauge. It is inconsistant.

Do NOT do the V stretch as this is advanced.

I've never heard of the Ultimate Jelq or circular stretch. Did you get these exercises somewhere other than Penis Health?

Go ahead and do the the Long Schlong Helicopter for 20 reps at 30 secs a rep.

Do Pressured Schlong in place of the Power Stretch. Do 16 of these at 30 sec/rep.

If you don't know what those exercises are go to the Penis Health link at the top of the page and check out the free exercises.

That would be a sufficient workout for a newbie on stretching.

Do 200 regular 3-4 second Jelqs.

Do this 5 days a week 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off.

Keep a journal of your exercises to monitor if you are actually doing them consistently.

I wouldn't move on to Intermediate until you have at least 8 weeks experience. I think 3 months is best and then start experimenting w/ intermediate.

You might be a fast gainer or you might not. But you must be realistic while your fastest gains will come early on it takes time to gain sufficiently.

As Turtle as said this is not a sprint but a marathon.

Measure yourself both girth and length before starting and record it.

Lots of times I thought I wasn't gaining or making any difference and thought it was in my head. But the ruler doesn't lie so that's a good thing.

Yea I did not get my exercises from penis health

Actually I was thinking of getting the sise genetics device, cause it comes with a membership to penis health. And what do you mean by Reps? I don't understand that part

What do you feel about the sise genetics and the penis health workouts together?

Reps are repetitions of the exercises. One jelq up is one rep ect ect.

I don't think it's a good idea to do both manual PE and the stretchers. Manual is better because you can control the amount of pressure. If too much you back off, if too little pull tighter.
The stretchers are good if you use them for hours. A consistent tug that's never extreme.

The idea is to get a good workout and then have rest days. It is not to work out and work out until you grow. You won't grow but will have a tired unit which inhibits growth.

I've gained 2 inches in length in 2 yrs by strictly doing manual exercises.

2 years to get 2 inches, Now personally I feel PE is the best way, but that is a LONG amount of time to wait for 2 inches. The extender can do that in half the time, Soo what ya saying, the extender does work and works well, but you just have to have it used for a LONG asss time. But it will do it all the same as pe? If that is the case personally I would go the extender. But if over all thickensss and fullness is best doing PE I will do that. I just want the safest fastest and perminate way

Time goes by pretty quick so 2 yrs is good for me.

What proof do you offer that the extender works better than that?

So you think an extender will give you 2 inches in 1 yr?

If it ever has I haven't heard it here.

Personally I think manual pe is the fastest, safest way.

All gains are permanent if you do maintenance and just don't quit cold turkey.

There are issues of cementing your gains and the fact that some have testified on this site to not doing any pe for over a year and yet losing only an 1/8 in length.

So that is not a major concern.

Anyhow do what you feel works best for you.
