Hey ppl just lukin for sum help!!

I recently recieved my 3 month supply of PSP pills and i'd like you to help me to find the best workout for the next 3 months to go with these pills!!

Currently doing
PC flexs + warm up 5 mins
Stretches slappin method
500 wet milks
Warm down + more PC flexs

Is this routine alright or have any ppl any better suggestions!!

Also wen is it best to take the pills

1 - One with each meal or
2 - All 3 b4 go to bed??

all 3 b4 bed some people say works better for them, find what works better for u.

Hey

How long you been peing? 500 jelqs is alot.

I would suggest dropping the jelq and try the squeeze for girth and pick one good length exercise.

Check out this link from this forum. It outlines a good routine I think you would benefit from whilst taking your pills.

I'v already got nearly an inch in girth cuz i was milking while too erect so i'm happy with my girth!!

Wat do you recommend as a good length exercise then??

I've bin workin for 7-8 weeks now!!!
