Has anyone tried this type of stretching? While standing up, I put my right foot on the top of the toilet seat (it could be a chair I suppose). Then using the OK grip I reach around from behind and grab my penis at the base of the head. I then stretch by pulling down and back towards my anus. I feel a tremendous stretch this way and after so many reps, I alternate to the left foot and hand. Just curious if anyone has tried this and what their experience has been with this type of stretching. Thanks in advance for any and all comments. ;)

No, not yet, but I certainly will! Sounds like it could work. It is actually sounds like a more intense exercise than the Ultra, because you have the added tension of stretching by hand rather than just from laying on it. You might have to come up with a name for this and do a post in the advance exercise forum ;)
I wouldn't think that newbies or intermediates should try it.

I would call it the "Reverse - Pull from behind Schlong". What do you think of that name? :D

It's an old stretch and it already has a name. What you described is basically the "between the cheeks stretch"

Actually I find the Ultra more intense because as you pull your leg back towards you it's applying alot more pressure or stretch than just standing there.
Both the BTC and the Ultra are Advance and you're right newbies shouldn't be messing w/ them yet.

Sometimes when I first wake up and the bloodflow is good and everything is nice and warm, I will lie on my back and pull my right leg up to my chest (bending at the knee). I then, using my right arm, reach around from behind my leg and using the OK grip and pull straight down towards my anus. I then alternate with my left leg after so many reps. Just a thought for what its worth. :)
