I do this during most workouts.
Basically I'll take it too far when getting a boner and it feels so good I don't want to stop lol.
So I keep going until just before that point, and when it comes I SQUEEZE like hell! Fortunately my PC is pretty strong now, so I can stop myself from ejaculating.
But sometimes I've still gone too far, so I get the full orgasm without actually ejaculating.
At this point my erection dissapears and I do power stretches lol (stretch and tense pc muscle).
Is this bad for PE? Because I know its bad to ejaculate within a couple of hours of a workout.
