I do this during most workouts.
Basically I'll take it too far when getting a boner and it feels so good I don't want to stop lol.
So I keep going until just before that point, and when it comes I SQUEEZE like hell! Fortunately my PC is pretty strong now, so I can stop myself from ejaculating.
But sometimes I've still gone too far, so I get the full orgasm without actually ejaculating.
At this point my erection dissapears and I do power stretches lol (stretch and tense pc muscle).

Is this bad for PE? Because I know its bad to ejaculate within a couple of hours of a workout.

I sometimes have that problem also. My penis will bounce as it does when you have an orgasm, but I will squeeze so tight that I don't actually release, yet it does feel as though I'm having practically a full orgasm, then I have to wait a while sometimes before I can go again.

Like you, I've often wondered if this is bad for the process. Any replies?

I think that when you feel the musclecontractions of an orgasm, your sperm goes into your bladder (when you squeeze your cock). It doesn't matter which way the sperm goes, you had an orgasm and "lost" your load. That's not recommended for PE.

Does this makes sense?

As far as I know it, it's the ejaculation that is the issue; as your testosterone dips and you lose your erection, which in turn stops your ability to keep that "pumped" feeling necessary for gains.

If you maintain an erection after orgasming, I don't see why it should matter :confused:
