New to the Forum and Need Advice

HI there, just received my SG 4 days ago, the first day i wore it about 5 hrs without break, next day 4 hrs with break and the third day just 3 hrs. i have get little confusion about the way i wear it... the booklet says i have to wear it with the protective cushion. so would i use the SG with or with out the cushion, and if i dont use the cushion does the silicone make spots on the glan.

my other thought is I am taking proenhance pathces, and prosumablly i dont or sometimes forget to do any PE. so wearing the SG wiht the pathces as combination, would that gets me some where.

Hi Sabiir, and welcome to the forum.

You should start using the device for 3 hours for the first 5 days according to the manual, and I would not really suggest that you deviate too far from their recommendations. :eek:

From the 6th day onwards, you should wear the device for 6 hours a day until the 11th day when you move up to 8 hours per day.

As you said yourself, the manual advises that you should wear the Andro-top (foam tubes) over the silicone loop, but some members advise that they find it more comfortable to not use these- your call at the end of the day which is most comfortable for you.

The silicone loops used without the foam padding should not give you red spots, these are usually associated with PE exercises.

If you are not wearing the SG for the advised time, you will probably see results less quickly than if you wear it as advised, although if you supplement this with PE, you should still see some results.

If you cannot wear the device for the allotted 8 hours per day- try the special mode (although I think this would be more painful), and they advise that it will take longer to see results.

Thank You Very Much For Ur Help.

Im Just In My Fithday, And Am Wearing It For 3 Hours, Probably I Wil Be Taking One Day Of, Than My Sixth Day And Onwards I Will Be Wearing As Instructed. Because Of My Bussy Time, I Wont Be Able To Do Pe, But Instead Would Take Proenhance Patche And Sg
