Hi everyone,

I started penis health about two weeks ago, I want to know if there is any difference if i do all the stretching exercises first and then the girth exercises after? the lubrication bothers me when im doing the power strectch so I am just asking to see if this change will affect my gains in any way....thanks.

Hello, Cabron,

It shouldn't affect your results at all whether you do your length or girth work first, it really does depend on what suits you best.

Some guys prefer to do the stretches first so the lube doesn't interfere with them, some guys prefer to do the squeezes first to avoid erection issues.

I'm sure the guys will agree with me on this one, but whichever suits you best, hope this helps :sm16 :sm15

Exactly as Jade suggested:)

Having said that, if you choose to jelq first and stretch after, wash your dick to remove all traces of lube and dry thoroughly ;)

One of the reasons why I always liked to do stretch work first, but when I switched to dry jelqs it didn't matter. I had gotten in the habit of stretch work first so that is what I have always done. If you do lube, you need to get good and clean before you can effectively stretch.

On this same topic, would it affect results if you were to do girth work (jelqing, HM) in the morning and then at night do stretching/length work? Does this kind of long break between exercises diminish results? Common sense tells me it shouldn't but I have been wrong before in my life....only once though.:D

You should be fine doing a split routine, I'm sure there are several guys on here doing just that at the moment :)

The most important thing is to remember to do a good warm up before BOTH of your workouts:glasses-slip:

When the doctor told me to start walking (30 mins/day), he said it was cumlative, I could do 3 ten minute walks or 2 fifthteen minute walks. I gotta believe the same applies here, I do it every chance I get, like now. Good luck
