Stretching Urethra

I am trying to stretch my urethra my goal is 1/2" to 3/4" permanent, I have urethra sounds but I don't know how to use them, don't know how far to stick in, don't know how long to leave in, and when to graduate to bigger sounds. I am only trying to enlargen the opening of the urethra, Not the whole urethra down to the bladder just the opening. has anyone done this, does anyone know how to do this.
