View Full Version : Short Shower Workout Recommendations?

I was wondering if anyone here could help me come up with a short workout routine while I'm in the shower based on the exercises at Penis Health's website. I had been using some of the stretches and jelqing from Penile Secrets. Unfortuantely I only have about 15 minutes of time to spare (yes, I know I will only get limited gains as a result). I figured as I washed my hair I could let the hot water run on my package to warm things up while using the recommended hot shower stretches. After that, if someone could recommend what would be the best (bang for the buck) exercises and how many reps for this short timeframe available I would be forever grateful. Thanks in advance for any and all help and recommendations. :)

Your right 15 minutes isn't much, but it is one hell of a lot better than doing nothing. Your warm-up will be when your washing your hair. You really do want about a 3 min. warm-up, so have that shower directly on your unit for the entire time that you are working that shampoo into your scalp. Then do your Long Schlong 5 reps @ 20 seconds in all five directions. Then do 100 jelqs. Then try to warmdown for about 2 minutes. After one month switch the LS to LS Heli and the downward stretch. Spend the same total time but increase your reps to 30 seconds each. As far as the jelqs, 100 reps should take 5 minutes. Convert your jelqs to squeeze's. Stick with this and you will gain, it's just going to take awhile.

Turtle - Thanks for getting back to me with these great suggestions. I'm going to try out your recommended program and see how things grow. :D Does anyone else here do any type of PE workout in the shower?

Turtle - I'm seeing excellent results from this short workout. My next question would be how many days on with the program and then how many rest days? I think I might be overworking my member some. Let me know, thanks. :)

Hi Roger87,
Turtle is away for a little while, so I thought I would answer on his behalf.The PH recommendation is 3 days on - 1 day off, 2 days on - 1 day off. This allows for very important rest / recovery and healing time.
Some would argue that you can stretch everyday and this may apply to the ligaments, as they do not require the breaking down and rebuilding of cells such as what we are seeking to achieve for both length and girth gains from the "inner penis". Just remember that after a period, the ligaments will reach their maximum potential and futher gains will come from the inner penis and tunica expansion, albeit at a much slower rate :)
