Hey just bought the andro extender got a couple of dvds with it, on which there are loads of different techniques for stretching, just wondering which are usually the best for girth, after reading through alot of posts i havn't really been able to find one that suits me as such as noone on here is using the same product :dizzy:

start date 24/4/07

fl- 8.5cm
fg- 7cm
el- 14cm
eg- 9cm

Target (3months?)
fl- 12cm
fg- 10cm
el- 19cm
eg- 13cm

wondering also if these targets are reachable and if i do stop will i lose any of the size that i have gain? as i have been reading that the jelqing is like working out and it you stop obviously the muscle will go back to normal size? :sm35

Just another couple odf quick questions...

with the stretcher and me current stats above what should i have add on should i have on?
how long should i have it on for?
how many days on/days of?
any additional things that you could recommend?

HI mate,
If you bought the andro device extender, it is the same as supplied with the Size Genetics package. You should have received an instruction book that gives all the info you require. This can be expanded by reading all the posts in the Size Genetics forum

Stretching primarily targets length, jelqing and squeeze related exercises pimarily target girth. Results from PE are permanent, if performed for long enough to allow the gains to cement themselves. For more info, please search on "making your gains permanent" and "cementing gains" ')
