i have a 16 year old son and i want him to be much more confident then i was at his age with his penis are there any stretches or things i can give him if he asks me about how big it should be? or will this damage his penis

For starters wait until he is 18. Then try to discuss the idea with him. I think that this one is more difficult than the classic Father and Son talk about the birth of babies. Just because you had some problems doesn't mean that your son has any. Be real careful, you might create a problem when in fact there are none.
