Other than the horizontal, jelq, and squeeze what other exercises that help you gain major on the girth?

Clamping worked well for me. In less than two months I got from EG 4.7 inches to 5 inches

+1!!! Although I've only been doing this regularly for about a week now, it'll blow up your dick like nothing else! As long as you use enough wrap under the clamp, that is. Start out with three sets of 10 min. with 5 minutes of rest between sets, and keep a heating pad wrapped around your shaft while you do it, if possible ;)

I wouldn't try it for at leas another month if I were you, though.

Do you have to maintain an erection for 10 minutes with a clamp on the based? Seems very very difficult to do.

Absolutely.

That could be because you're not using enough wrap between the clamp and your shaft.

I use a piece of cloth from an old sock and cut it so that it wraps around my shaft twice, then put on the clamp at the base as close to the pubis as possible (I put it all on while flaccid and pull a little as I fasten the clamp at the base to make sure I get as close as possible).

I find it easier to get the erection afterwards, then apply the heating pad to keep things warm, and then just stimulate a little if need be to maintain the erection, and just start watching the clock as soon as you achieve an erection!

Easiest gith routine you can do ;)

My method of clamping:
I kegel in as much blood as possible and between each kegel I squeeze at the base of my penis to prevent blood streaming out. When the erection is at its max, I wrap a cord at the base to tie it up. Then I use a part of cable/tube-insulation material and wrap it around the base and put on the cable clamp. I use a hot shower to keep my cock warm. Now and then I squeeze a bit to put more pressure on it. Very easy to do.

And if I does this for 30 minutes, that should be the only girth exercise in my routine?

You can buy a cable clamp at any hardware store.

Basically it's not a good idea to start clamping until you've got at least 3 months in regular PEing. Then you should go no longer than 10 minutes at the end of your girth workout.

So basically a good girth routine to start might be 200 Jelqs, 10-20 5 second Squeezes. Add 100 Jelqs every month till you get to 400 and add Squeezes accordingly until you get to 50 by the 3rd month.

So do that and then experiment w/ the clamp by doing your normal girth routine and clamp for 10 minutes. While clamped you can perform Uli's or catepillars.

Than should be more than sufficient.

Do a forum search and you'll find good descriptions of them.

Basically a Uli is where you get erect, pc blood in and trap @ base then slide up 1/4-1/2 up and hold for about 15-30 sec.

I'm not positive on the catepillar so you can get an accurate account from the forum search.

Well, actually I do a regular girth routine, and just do the clamping at leisure time when at the computer, so it's kind of like doing another mini girth routine, I suppose, only a lot easier.

I would say that the best girth exercise is the squeeze. I'm not against clamping but I consider it to be a potentially dangerous exercise that should be done only by very advanced trainees after exhausting other options.

The squeeze and Uli excersizes work wonders if you ask me! I have seen significant gains in girth in just a short period of time by performing these routines!

I always hear from people how a particular exercise works and how much they have gained from it.

I like those 2 exercises you mentioned Thachief, but I reserve the right to ask anyone for proof of actually working rather than just looking more beefy, which is what girth exercises initially do.

Until gains are made and recorded that would be the proof.

People should understand girth takes a long time to gain. It took me 2 yrs to gain 1/2 inch.
There is no "quick" way to gain girth. It takes time and grueling dedication.

You ask a very important request anth, although I must admit to the fact that I believe you are right. maybe it does just "look" bigger and wider! we shall see how these excersizes impact my gains personally!

I shall keep you updated, it shall be the quest to prove the ultimate girth excersize!

That's the truth. From my observations, it seems that most men will gain length to girth at a ratio of 2:1.
