how to measure BPEL ?

i was wondering if anyone could advise me on how to measure BPEL and is it supposed to be measured by the side of the dick or on the top of the dick ?

Hi mate,
Push the ruler into the pubis until it hits the pubic bone. The standard measurment is along the top, but side pressed can also be taken if you find that easier. Just remeber to use one way and stick with it :)
