How do you increase the girth of the base of your penis?

I have been doing many girth exercises, but most of them seem to improve the area around my head.

It does not help much with the base of my penis.

How do I make my base thicker?

Hi mate,

Do a search on "reverse trap jelqs" to counter the "baseball bat" effect, you describe. "Hanging" is apparently pretty good at increasing base girth as well ;)
