Hi for the experienced users out there that have been on the program for more than a year, such as "turtle", i am wondering if you have done the exercises at all without the pills throughout the program. Like i have 7 months supply of pills and i have one more month supply left before i run out, however i do not wish to put out money for more pills. My question is after 7 months on the pills and exercises, am i likely to see similar gains wothout the pills and just the exercises? thanks

Hi mate.
The pills are only a supplement and the true gains come from the exercises. My biggest gains in the first 4 months came without the use of pills for 3 of those months.
It is your choice to continue using pills, however, they are not necessary for meaningful gains. You might like to also check out mens sexual health and libido enhancing supplements that should be readily and cheaply available from pharmacies/supermarkets such as "Wyld" and "Horny goat Weed for him" These products deliver similar effects to internet pills for a lot lesss money ;)

Thanks Daz but i have another question for you, if later i decided to move back to intermediate routines just to make things less intense, am i likely to experience slower gains or is it likely i will continue to see similar gains i have previously seen when i moved from beginner to advanced routines as i progressed in the program?

and another thing Daz, in 6 months i have gained 1/2 inch in length which you suggested was slow to average in gains. I have been committed to the program. Would you mind setting up a routine for me that might help me see quicker gains? Maybe something that worked for you? thanks alot

For those with experience in the program, does this routine look good to you?
Morning:
Warm up 5
150 jelqs, half dry half wet ( watever i feel at the time) 3-4 seconds a rep
10 supra slammers
warm down 3
Break minimum 4 hours
afternoon-evening:
Warm up 5
Pressured shlong 16 reps at 30 seconds a rep
Tunica stretch, 16 reps, 8 reps each of the two directions holding at 30 seconds
Warm down 3

It's a balanced routine, it should work for you. That is a lot of Slammers though. You might want to go with 200 jelqs and say six slammers and see how it feels. You can always adjust things.

thanks turtle, but in your own experience, do u prefer the long schlongs or pressured schlongs? thats number one, and number two, when i do the pressured schlong, i grip at the head and use lubrication on the shaft so my finger moves up the top of the shaft smoother, is this ok and does it sound right? And thirdly, ive been on a 3 day on, 1 day off, 2 day on 1 day off routine and im wondering if this is ok or is a 3 day on, 2 day off routine better? If you can answer me these 3 questions it would be alot of help to me. Thanks again bud

I would suggest throwing in some LS and LS Heli stretching reps in as well to focus a little more on stretching out those ligs ;)

Hi mate,
I personally prefer the Long Schlong, rather than the pressured schlong, which is sort of a lighter version of the V stretch to me, although, you should continue any exercise that gives you a "worked feel"
The way you are doing it sounds right and if lube helps, then I dont see any probs with that ;)
Give the 3 on - 2 off a try and see how it feels for you, a little extra rest might not do you any harm ;)

I never cared much for the pressure schlong, but it does sound like your doing it properly. I just thought that it was more trouble than it was worth. Stick with the 3 on 1 off and 2 on 1 off schedule.

Is it not good to go 3 on 2 off? too much rest?

You'll only need more rest once you start in the advanced stages and are applying more intensity to your workouts.
For now stick w/ the standard. If you feel tired just take an extra day but don't make a schedule out of it.

well my workouts contain the long schlong, wet jelq, reverse trap jelq, tunica or v-stretch, and supra slammers. Total workout time not including re stimulating or breaks equals 36 mins. on top of that a 5 minute warm up and a 2-3 min cool down. Is this intense enough for a 3 on 2 off routine?

uhhh yeah I'd call that intense enough lol
It says you joined on Feb of this year. Are you a newbie or were you PEing before you joined Penis Health?
If you just started in Feb I'd say you've jumped the gun considerably which could adversly affect your gains.

No of course not. I started on november 1st 2006. going into my 3rd month i started doing a few advanced exercises like the pressured schlong or on other days the double-hand schlong or double hand. but kept the 2 on 1 0ff routine. After about 4 months i picked up the intensity with 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off and of course added a few more advanced routines. This seems ok doesnt it? AAAnd Supra slammers and tunica stretches started in my fifth month. does this sound fine?
