Hey guys, I've been off n on PE for a few years..I'm 20...I always went off and on it, i guess cause of the bloodspots and occasional bruising(they scared me), now I am committed and am seeing results, and still see those spots, but know they are normal. ..just wanted to give a little intro cause this is really my first post. on to my idea:

Well, I've been body sculpting for a lil while, 7 days a week, and obviously have seen results. What I've learned is that to keep seeing results it is important to vary your workouts(ie-change routines, differen't positions, add more weight, more sets) every 2 weeks..because 2 weeks is around the time it takes for your body to get used to a new practice, and if you keep doing the same thing, you obviously won't noticing anymore progression in your body, you'll hit a rut.

What i had in mind, was developing a program for myself that actually corresponds with the bodysculping. As of right now, my routine consists of a hot cloth for around 5min(or shower) jelq for 15min, variation on the Ftrio(around 10min),then stretching for 10min..I just started this routine recently, and just thought well..I'll do this routine for 2 weeks, then start to vary the excercises with more intensity...and change it every few weeks..then there comes a point with bodybuilding where you can get to a point of over training, so you start back at your orig.routine with more weight obviously..so why not do this with PE..and i'm on pepills to that work(ones this site reccomended)

and i know alot of the advanced PErs eventually get to a point where there are no more gains..well..maybe taking this into account my help...it's just a theory

appreciate the feedback!

I've put forth this theory a few times around here and the basic idea is the same as for bodybuilding. (I think 2 weeks is a little short for an adaptation cycle though, most people can handle 3-5 weeks depending on volume and intensity. I would also advice agaist working 7 days a week.) Varying you exercises, the length of time you do the various exercises, and maybe even setting up a split routine (one day for length, one day for girth) are good ideas. I don't think you should vary intensity though, that's the one factor that is truly vital to reusults with PE.
