Hi guys, the p.e is going well and I am starting to gain.
But I think more important to me than size would be my erection responses as I am having to play with myself for a while before achieving an erection. Also I dont just get erections without playing with it even if sexually aroused. I just want to decrease the time it takes to go from limp to hard. I am quite young (early 20's), very fit, average weight and in good health. I am taking P.S.P for the last couple of weeks, it maybe has helped a bit on erection response but I definently have noticed harder erections with the pills. Just want to increase my erection response, if anyone has any ideas of exercises or even supplements that may help me I would appreciate it

Hi swlb,

The best exercises usually to help with erections are the PC exercises. They help you to train your muscles to control ejaculation and last longer in bed, and can also help to improve bloodflow to the penis.

I would think that by training this muscle, you can improve your reaction to stimulation and also the amount of blood in your penis when erect, helping it to be harder and bigger during erection.

Start fairly slowly, and do sets of 50 reps. Build up the number that you are doing every week, and you should start to see results fairly soon.

You do not have to be erect to do the PC flex, once you have located the muscle that you should be exercising, you can do them throughout the day at work, in the car- even waiting for a bus!
