I have noticed when jelqing that all the blood is being absorbed by my penis head, which gets really big but the rest of the shaft seems to stay the same size. Its like a black hole for blood hehe... I dont really want a baseball bat look to my penis...and I have tried the reverse jelq which seems to work at targeting the middle of the shaft but is hard to do as smoothly as jelqing the other direction. The penis needs to be at the perfect 80% erection mark for it to work...and thats hard to maintain. And, most importantly, the base of the shaft seems almost impossible to hit with any PE exercises because that is the part that is being "o" gripped etc....and my base is the smallest in girth compared to the rest of the penis.

In a nutshell, my question is...what is the best way to build girth in the mid to lower shaft of the penis??

My beginning stats are 6" NBEL and 4.85 EG

Ok the reverse jelq is not simply jelqing backwards.

Some I think call it the Horse440.

The RJ is for advanced users only!

Get 100% er and then do an O grip just under the glans, PC blood in and O grip at the base and hold for 10 secs.
Then slowly slide your grip from your glans towards your base very slowly for 10 secs. You won't be able to go too far because of all the blood and pressure. When you stop hold for another 10 seconds then release O grip at the base.

This is a VERY INTENSE exercise. It does take care of the baseball bat effect very well. Do 5 to start and slowly work your way up to 10 and that should be more than sufficient.

I'm pretty sure that your right with the Horse440 name. Everyone, listen to what Anth said, this is an advanced exercise. Beginners don't even think about it.

There are actually a lot of ways you can try to target the base with girth exercises. I, for one, haven't had a whole lot of success with the reverse jelq. Here are some other ideas you might want to try:

1. Do a search for K.I.S.S.
2. Try doing Pan Rolls. But when you do the rolls, concentrate the pressure to the bottom 1/3 of your unit.
3. Try doing a Reverse Caterpillar:
a) Get a 90-95% erection
b) Kegel in some blood while you grab the extreme base of the shaft with a reverse o-grip
c) Grab under the head with a regular o-grip
d) Keeping both grips tight, close the 2nd finger of the hand at the head
e) Close each following finger, one after the other, on the hand at the head, waiting 5 seconds between fingers
f) If you still have room befor you reach the base o-grip, start closing each finger of the hand at the base, but starting with the finger closest to the head, and working your way to the base

If I'm not mistaken, a Horse440 is simply a dual squeeze, as in the last stage of a Supra Slammer. A guy named Horse440 developed something called the Horse Squeeze, which is, I think, what you are thinking about:

Horse Squeeze

1. Do 20 jelqs
2. While erect, kegel in as much blood as possible
3. Form a tight o-grip at the base
4. Hold this for a second, then let go ever so slightly with the o-grip - kegel hard - close the o-grip tightly
5. Now, make a tiny o-grip (half a centimeter or less) with the other hand at the very tip of the head and slide that grip down your penis until it is past the head (You will need plenty of lube for this unless you have foreskin and can use that)
6. Let go of the base grip first, slowly, then the hand at the head
7. Repeat all of the steps, doing something like 10 sets of 20

Basically, it is the same thing as a Slider Blaster, just like a caterpillar is a version of the Head Squeeze (or vice versa).

As far as what is a Horse440 per se, I'm pretty sure my description is right, because I read that it can be done using two clamps (one at the base and one at the head), so it is basically just a dual squeeze.

#7 on the Horse Squeeze should say:

7. Repeat all of the steps, doing something like 10 sets of 20 jelqs, followed by steps 2-7after each set of jelqs.
