Spots on my penis :( (Not blood spots)

On the underside of my shaft I noticed yesterday I have quite a few small spots. Probably 10 or 15. I even squeezed a couple out! ergh. not much puss came out but it means that they are definately spots :(
I've had a problem with spots since puberty, my skin is quite good now, but still a few small ones on my face. I've noticed a couple on my dick before but not this many!
Should I be worried? Should I squeeze them out? I took a picture with my phone but they are pretty small so you can't see them, so I haven't bothered to post it.

Hi mate,
I can relate to this, they are your sebaceous glands and from time to time, they may form a small "blackhead" or suffer a small infection, that will present as a pimple. As with any pimples/acne, it is generally not recommended to squeeze them, however, I do squeeze any that become unsightly ;)

Thanks Daz. Do you get them often? Any way to reduce them? If I don't squeeze them will they eventually go away then?

HI mate, I actually got a few of them in my adolescence, whilst going thru puberty. They should go away as you get older, although I have probably had about half dozen to deal with over the years ;)
