Hi everyone!
I joined PH about a year ago i think, i have read much of the stuff on here but never gotten into any serious routines.
I've tried to start the beginners routine 2 times now, but my motivation always made me stop.
I even ordered a stretching device (JES-Extender) before i ever heard of PH but never really gotten into using that either.
I could really use some motivation talk, and how to combine my PH subscription (with all the excercises) with my streching device.
The best part is that I'm confident that both of these methods will work, i just seem to have a hard time beginning my workout and to not quit!
Thanks for any reply!

Hey there Richard!
Welcome to the forum!
Your motivation should be something personal to you, you may wish to improve your confidence, or enhance your body, or give yourself the power to control your ejaculations..... it's really really personal :dizzy:
But whatever your motivation, keep it firmly in mind, and start imagining how great you'll feel once you reach your goals.
When I need motivation, I always look forwards, like how great my skinny jeans will look if I shift a couple of pounds ;), not OMG I look hideous in my skinnies and need to do something about it :bum:
Recommendations for stretcher use? The Jes Extender should have a manual - and in there it will detail exactly how many hours etc. you should wearing th device per day...
And with regards to PE, we recommend you complete 3-5 workouts per week, with 2 days off in between these. Rest days are important as your penis needs time to rest and repair, otherwise you face the risk of back tracking due to an unnecessary injury :cryingeyesout:
Check out GotPepsi's thread in the Tracking Forum:

Although remember - he was using SizeGenetics, not the Jes - so always go by the manufacturers user manual
Good luck, and keep us updated :sm19

if your thirsty you drink water, you don't need motivation for that do you? think it over again? do you really want to do this? if you really feel its needed then do it, but everytime the devil on your shoulder says: come on, skip the workout and relax! then think with yourself if that is what you want?
its not always hard to do the exercises, but then again if anyone told you that this live will give you things free: they lied!

You really want some motivation.
Take a really good accurate measurement, and then commit to six weeks of consistent dedicated PE. It's not that hard to commit to 6 weeks. At the end of the six weeks measure again. Good odds you will see an extra 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch, perhaps even more. That first gain is an incredible motivator.
