Anyone else get this? For at least a couple of days after a workout, the very tip (around my japseye) of my penis is darker than normal.
It seems to me I am not recovering fast enough? I do long warm up and warm downs with a hot towel, hot baths, and pro solution. Am I doing something wrong? My current workout:

5 mins warmup towel
long shlong all directions 3/4 times hold for 10 seconds
horizontal movement 20 - 30 reps
jelqs 100 - 150 reps
power stretch 3/4 times hold for 10 seconds
pc weighting - 10/15 reps
5 mins warm down towel

It seems this problem occurs more when I do the stretches, like long shlong and power stretch. Would gripping too tight lead to this problem?

Thanks, canthink

I had a rest day yesterday, and had a hot bath and still have a dark patch, that's why I'm concerned.

Darkening has never happened to me, but I have read enough posts about it that I would say that it fairly common. If is a general overall darkening, I would say that it is nothing to worry about. Large blood spots that's something else again.

i thanked you before reading the whole post lol.
its not a general darking, its all around my japseye. after a workout does your penis look exactly the same?

Somehow, I don't think that the Japanese people would appreciate your analogy. In all honesty I have never head any kind of blood spot, darkening, anything. My slow and steady approach probably is the reason for that. If it really worries you, take a week or two off and see if it goes away. It should.
