Better for a grower or Shower penis type?

Is the size genetics better for increasing size of a grower or shower type of penis. I am def a grower unfortunatly, so will the use of SG change my penis to more of a shower type of penis when flaccid??

Any PE or extender use will increase the size of your flaccid dick over time. How much will be governed by your own bodies ability to grow :)
