Hello all. I've been on the forums for maybe a year or so now, never got a chance to interact on the forums since I've been so busy. Matter of fact, I was doing PE routinely maybe almost a year ago and stopped completely due to laziness and other distractions and I want to start all over again.

I'll take some pictures with measuring tape when I can but since the last time I measured. I believe I am BPEL - 6" and EG - 5.2". I think I am around the average size although I think it is all perception of the beholder. I would want a goal of BPEL - 7.25" and EG - 6" in perhaps 9 months from now if I actually hold true to my goal and plan. Give me your input guys. Thanks alot. =]

Good size to start with.

Just curious...did you gain anything from when you did PE before? If so (you say that you stopped doing it for a time), did you keep any of those gains, or did you lose some or all of them?

thanks for the quick response,
i think i started with 5.5" bpel and 5" eg more than a year ago. the most i gained was up to 6.5" bpel and 5.5" eg but due to the inactivity, has went down from that to 6" bpel and around 5.2" eg. so overall i would say i kept about a good half inch for length and almost a quarter inch for girth. not bad from just a few months of PE and almost a year of inactivity. im excited to see gains now that i am trying to get back into it. oh and also, the baseball effect is not cool, lol i don't like how my base is not nearly as thick as the shaft. guess i really need to work on the reverse jelqs. i dont do much of those as i feel like its defeating the purpose of lengthening. at least thats how it feels lol.

I agree. Not bad at all for having just done it for a few months, and not losing those gains completely after a whole year.

You really shouldn't get that feeling that Reverse Trap Jelqs will cause you to lose length. When you get 100% erect and kegel, your penis actually becomes lengthened from its actual size, so when you hold that tight base grip, you're actually holding this extra length out as you perform the exercise. At least that's the way it feels to me.

This is my current routine:

2 minute warm up cloth
5 reps for each direction. the twist-stretch? where you twist the base, shaft and then head and then stretch both ways.
2 minute ligament stretch- up, down, left and right. usually hear the pop sound.
75 jelqs
5 reps of power squeeze to the head
10 reps of suicide hold? where you are erect and hold the base tightly while squeezing the head so the blood is trapped within the shaft.
25 reverse jelqs
2 minute warm down cloth
75 pc flex
20 pc hold flex

any suggestions? thanks guys!

You had some great gains man! I think since you have been at this for a while you know how much your unit can take and should do what you feel good about. I would do some more jelqs and the stretch is the double bundled tunica stretch I think. Good luck man!
