Yeah I been doing the program for about 3 weeks now and moved to the intermediate level. My quetion is their another workout that I could do for girth at this level. I'm not a fan of the Horizontal Movement work out but if I need to keep doing it I will.

Any help would be sweet

My starting point is

4in limp
4 girth limp
6 1/2 Hard
5 girth hard.

Goal

7 1/2 Hard
5 1/2 Girth Hard

Stay on the beginners routine for another 8 weeks before moving on to the intermediate.

Do 200 Jelqs and increase 100 a month until you're doing 400.

Do a forum search on the Squeeze described by Big Al or Turtle and replace the HM w/ them.

Hi LoveBoat, have a look here for the squeeze tutorial:

http://www.mens-network.com/forum/showthread.php?t=13221&highlight=squeeze

If that doesn't help, use the search function to look for "Squeeze" I came up with 27 pages of threads with the term! :dizzy:

Be careful though- the squeeze is an advanced exercise, so you may want to leave it a while before incorporating it into your routine.:spin:

There's a lot of information about pretty much every exercise and question that you could think of, you might just need to trawl through a lot of threads before you find what you're looking for.
